Hard work. Shared commitment. Trust earned.

We started with a simple belief: working with a construction company should feel clear, dependable, and personal. Homeowners and developers deserve a team that follows through, communicates openly, and cares about the result.

From a bathroom upgrade to a custom home or multiplex development, we bring the same care and attention we would give our own property. No project is too small or too large to deserve thoughtful planning and quality workmanship.

We help shape your design, connect you with trusted wholesale suppliers, and guide you through each stage. Our focus is lasting quality at competitive prices, with responsible planning around your schedule and budget.

We stand behind
the work we do.

Trusted materials, proven techniques, and attention to detail are the foundation of our work. If something falls short of the standard we promised, we’ll make it right.

Before handover, we walk through the project with you to review the details and make sure the work meets our standards—and yours. Our relationship continues after completion, with support when you need it.

Multiplexes & property development

Build for family.
Build for income.
Build for the future.

Explore how one property could become several homes—and a powerful step toward your long-term financial goals.

Discuss my development opportunity ↗
Multiplex development · Lower Mainland

Your property.
More possibilities.
Greater potential.

Your single-family property could be the starting point for your next development.

A multiplex brings several self-contained homes onto one property—such as a duplex, triplex, fourplex, or sixplex. These smaller developments add housing within established Lower Mainland neighbourhoods.

You don’t have to be a large developer to explore the opportunity. As a homeowner, you can take an active role in redeveloping your land, with the right team to help you understand the possibilities and the numbers.

For investors and families, multiplexes can be a smart way to create several homes on land you already own: live close to multiple generations, earn rental income, or sell permitted units to release equity. A successful project may help fund retirement or build wealth for the next generation. The outcome depends on costs, financing, approvals, taxes, and market conditions. Let’s discuss what could work for you.

What changed in B.C.?

New housing rules.
New options for homeowners.

Bill 44, introduced in 2023, required zoning changes to enable small-scale, multi-unit housing on many formerly single-family and duplex lots. Further changes under Bill 25 in 2025 expanded requirements, with a June 30, 2026 bylaw-update deadline, subject to extensions.

3homes on eligible lots
280 m² or smaller
4homes on eligible lots
larger than 280 m²
6homes on qualifying larger lots
within 400 m of prescribed frequent bus stops

These are provincial minimum zoning permissions where the rules apply, not a promise that every lot can accommodate that many homes. Municipal rules, servicing, site constraints, exemptions, and required approvals still matter. Coquitlam currently reports no bus stops meeting the provincial frequent-service criteria, so the provincial six-unit requirement does not currently apply there.

Think beyond one house

Turn land potential
into a practical plan.

Redevelopment can create opportunities for sale proceeds, rental income, and homes for family. We help you explore the path that fits your property and your goals.

Build & sell

Create homes.
Unlock value.

Explore developing multiple homes for sale, where separate titles and sales are permitted.

Build & hold

Plan for long-term
rental income.

Consider retaining homes as rentals and building a property portfolio over time.

Stay & grow

Make room for
your next chapter.

Explore keeping a home for yourself or family while renting or selling other permitted units.

The opportunity starts with feasibility: land value, design, municipal fees, servicing, construction, financing, taxes, and expected sales or rents. Profit is not guaranteed; we help you assess the opportunity before committing.

Commercial & multi-unit exterior improvements

Renew the exterior.
Protect the investment.

We’ve helped older buildings with exterior decks, siding, railings, landscaping, concrete, and retaining work. From targeted repairs to a coordinated exterior refresh, we bring the trades and details together.

01

Decks & railings

Refresh exterior decks, balconies, and railings with practical materials and details suited to the building. We coordinate the work and any required design or permit input.

02

Siding & exterior finishes

Update tired siding, trim, and exterior finishes to give older commercial and multi-unit properties a cleaner, more contemporary appearance.

03

Concrete & retaining work

Improve walkways, patios, concrete surfaces, and retaining features. We help plan the scope, coordinate appropriate specialists, and manage the construction details.

04

Landscaping & curb appeal

Bring entrances, planting areas, paths, and outdoor spaces together for a welcoming exterior that complements the building.

One coordinated team for the whole exterior.

Start with a site visit and a clear scope. We discuss priorities, budget, materials, access, and scheduling, then coordinate trades through construction and the final walkthrough. For occupied buildings, we plan around access and day-to-day use.
